The Opportunity To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a Software Engineer to join a fairly new team building an entirely new product within the company: Advanced Voice Input . Our mission is to enable users to work with their devices and AI agents through voice and to make people more productive by using voice as a primary input. The team's key focus is developing the internal services and front-end SDKs that process voice and translate it into text, commands, or whatever the user needs. The primary focus area is a back-end service written in Go that handles all user connectivity, calls voice models, post-processes output, and manages the quality of our voice engine. You'll join a fairly small team as a back-end engineer, focused on building new features and improving the service's quality and reliability. Like other engineers at Superhuman, you're expected to own your solutions end-to-end — from concept to implementation to maintenance. We're looking for someone with an open mind and curiosity toward using AI-coding tools while building this service. This is a rare opportunity to help define a brand-new product from the ground up, with plenty of room for ownership and direct impact.
