The whole company is technical, commercial team included, and runs on coding agents. Closely with customers and design partners, so what we ship changes how they operate. At pace. The role We are building the AI platform for freight forwarding and expanding our product surface, and we are hiring software engineers across product, AI and platform to do it. You will build products that do freight forwarding work alongside our customers' teams, operating across the entire shipment lifecycle. You will work across the stack in Python, TypeScript and React, and directly with customers and founders on what gets built. Everyone here works across the stack, but each engineer has a spike: the area where they set the bar for the team. You spend most of your time where yours is, and lean on your colleagues where theirs are. Product: You build best in class products for the core jobs in freight forwarding, one job at a time. You work as a design partner with our customers to understand the work deeply, turn that understanding into a product they would choose over anything else, and feed what you learn back into the platform everyone builds on.
