Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Space Assembly Integration and Test (AI&T) IPT (Integrated Product Team) Lead to support the final (payload-level) AI&T of a Space RF Sensor Payload which includes an Electronically Scanned Array (ESA) antenna and processor for a prototype Space program as well as support for a Production follow-on for the same Payload. This position is on-site in Linthicum, MD in a high bay cleanroom and RF anechoic chamber/compact range. This position is eligible for up to a $10k sign on bonus. Responsibilities include: Lead and work together as a team to handle issues wherever they pop up across the various I&T activities that are happening in parallel between the current phase of the program (Prototype) and the next phase of the program (Production). Provide technical leadership, direction, and support to ~20 integration and test engineers supporting, at times, 3 shifts (24 hours per day) x 7 days per week, for the Prototype phase.
