Tasks Manage and control all reconditioning operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery performance, customer satisfaction, profitability, productivity, and cost management Drive performance improvement within underperforming facilities by working closely with local management and the Business Improvement team Provide strong leadership and clear decision-making authority to resolve daily operational issues, remove organizational bottlenecks, and prevent silo thinking between plants, functions, and legal entities Develop and execute the operational strategy for the reconditioning network in line with the overall business objectives and growth plans Follow up on major capital investment projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to defined business objectives Ensure the implementation, sustainability, and continuous development of a Lean culture across production and support functions, including Earnings Improvement Projects Continuously improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and operational excellence through standardization, best-practice sharing, and process optimization Ensure accurate financial reporting, budget control, forecasting, and timely resolution of questions from Corporate Headquarters Develop, justify, and obtain approval for capital investment projects, ensuring alignment with operational requirements, strategic priorities, and financial targets Drive standardization of reconditioning processes across the Group, including grading, washing, rebottling, waste management, quality standards, digital tracking systems, and operational KPIs Represent the company at relevant industry associations and working groups to influence future legislation, i…
