Missions As a Senior Engineer in our Growth team, you’ll ideate, build and iterate on the product experiences that turn users into successful, long-term customers. You’ll own high-impact parts of the Cloud journey — from signup and onboarding to billing, upgrade flows, and in-product experience — using experimentation, product intuition, and data to improve activation, retention, and monetization. This is a hands-on engineering role on a high-leverage growth team, working closely with product, design, data, marketing, and engineering to accelerate n8n’s self-serve growth engine. What You’ll Do 🚀 Ship high-impact experiments – You’ll design, build, and A/B test new features to increase conversion and retention — think upgrade flows, contextual prompts, or new pricing nudges 📈 Drive measurable business outcomes - Your work will directly contribute to n8n’s ARR, user retention, and growth KPIs.
