In Practice Management, our goal is to empower branch teams to build a successful practice, by supporting and guiding them at every stage of their career. Within the Proven Practices department, we do this by equipping FAs and CSTMs with proven branch strategies to run and grow their business resulting in industry-leading client experiences. The Practice Management Senior Strategist in Proven Practices leads complex strategy informed by analysis/data insights, competitive and behavioral research, feasibility assessments, and implications to branch and client experience. Serves as the Subject Matter Expertise on their area of expertise, and on FAs and their branch teams. The Senior Strategist leads the most complex and overarching topics and informally develops and leads others. Decisions in this role are highly complex and matrixed, impacting numerous stakeholders across the enterprise. What You'll Do Drives complex strategy within their respective capability, division, and enterprise by deeply understanding the client needs and branch roles in delivering them. Demonstrates thought leadership on the application of complex practice management strategies at the branch team level, including but not limited to financial planning strategies and branch models.
