Information about the position As our new Staff Engineer for AI in Engineering Experience, you will be a key technical leader shaping how hundreds of Vinted employees build software with AI in engineering, design, and product. You will own the technical strategy for our assisted and agentic AI infrastructure: tools, platforms, and golden paths that turn AI into a force multiplier across the software development lifecycle. You will report to the Director of Engineering of the Engineering Experience domain and collaborate closely with Staff Engineers across Platform and other Business Units.
