What You'll Do: CoreWeave’s Monolith team is building the essential cloud platform for AI innovators, applying machine learning to solve previously intractable physics and engineering challenges. We operate at the intersection of advanced cloud infrastructure and applied data science, transforming how complex industrial products - such as automotive systems, aircraft, and advanced batteries - are conceived, tested, and developed. About the role: As a Staff Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of the core components of our platform. We're rebuilding the platform from the ground up, so you'll shape the product from day one. You'll drive execution across Research, Data Science, and Forward Deployed Engineering to ship features that span agentic experiences to enterprise integrations. You will work closely with enterprise customers to understand complex engineering workflows, turn field signals into platform improvements, and mentor other product managers across the organisation while setting a high bar for technical depth and customer empathy. Who You Are: 7+ years of product management experience with a strong track record working on complex, data-driven products and enterprise systems. High versatility with a proven ability to work across multiple technical domains (e.g., ML modelling, agentic workflows, cloud infrastructure, or data engineering). Strong technical fluency with the ability to confidently discuss APIs, architecture diagrams, deployment models, and platform trade-offs with engineers. Demonstrated cross-functional leadership, skilled at aligning diverse teams, managing technical dependencies, and balancing constraints with business objectives.
