About the Role As a Statutory Compliance Manager, you will lead statutory reporting and monthly financial statement review activities across multiple legal entities, countries, or reporting portfolios. You will be responsible for resolving complex accounting and reporting issues, managing significant audit interactions, and providing guidance to Analysts and Senior Analysts. You will be accountable for the operational performance, quality, and timely delivery of statutory reporting activities while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and driving continuous improvement across the reporting process. Key responsibilities include: Leading statutory reporting activities across the assigned portfolio. Managing relationships with key stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements. Leading external auditor interactions. Driving process improvements and standardization. About You Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field 6-7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including leadership experience Experience working in an international and multicultural environment Strong understanding of risk management, including internal controls, managing risk, and embedding compliance and ethics Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand the bigger picture, communicate key messages, and propose solutions to complex issues Proficient written and spoken English Flexible Working Statement Flexibility is key to our success.
