About the Role: Notion is growing quickly, and our Corporate Services needs are becoming more complex. We're looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager, Corporate Services to define sourcing strategies, guide supplier decisions, and build long-term partnerships across critical areas of the business. In this role, you'll partner closely with Finance, Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, IT, Compliance, HR, and Facilities to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate commercial terms, manage supplier performance, and help teams make informed decisions across value, cost, quality, speed, and risk. You'll be a strategic advisor to leaders across the business, bringing market intelligence, commercial expertise, and supplier insights to help teams make thoughtful investment decisions and maximize the value of their vendor partnerships. This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. What You'll Achieve: Deliver measurable value, savings, and cost avoidance across Corporate Services spend, including Finance & Accounting, Contingent Workforce, Facilities, Benefits, HR Services, Travel, and related categories, helping fund new initiatives while protecting service quality.
