Job description
GRESB is the global sustainability intelligence standard for real assets. For over 15 years, real estate and infrastructure managers have reported to us, building a dataset of 150,000+ assets across more than 2,000 portfolios. Together with Asset Impact, which tracks emissions for over 300,000 physical assets and 77,000 companies, we’re turning that data into decision-grade intelligence for investors, lenders, index providers and regulators. One week you might be building the business case for a new data product; the next you’re tightening the sales pipeline, preparing a board update and unblocking a delivery issue between product and engineering. You’ll move between sales enablement, product and data operations, and you’ll be trusted to run several projects at once without dropping any of them. You’ll see the whole business, from client conversations to product decisions to the CEO’s agenda, and you’ll have influence over how a new organization works. What you will do Strategy and priority projects Lead the organization’s highest-priority initiatives end to end, for example pricing, our investor program, entry into new markets and maturing the data strategy Frame the problem, build the analysis, align stakeholders and drive the work through to a decision and implementation Bring a recommendation, not just options Operating rhythm and decision-making Run the team’s operating cadence: weekly deal desk, fortnightly product council and monthly business review Own the decision log, so it’s always clear what was decided, by whom and what happens next Spot blockers between sales, product and data teams early and clear them Commercial operations an…
