About The Opportunity We are looking for experienced Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on German corporate, legal, financial, and technology environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic, high-quality scenarios that reflect operational, technical, analytical, legal, financial, and project management challenges across consulting, technology, professional services, and enterprise operations. Your expertise will help ensure AI systems understand and respond accurately within highly specialized and knowledge-driven industries. What You’ll Deliver Design realistic Professional and Technical Services scenarios in German or English grounded in German operational contexts (e.g., financial audits, software development workflows, IT operations, legal documentation, project delivery, stakeholder communication, compliance reviews) Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, project coordination, and professional decision-making tasks Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, professional standards, technical quality, and operational realism Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across German professional services, legal operations, accounting, project management, and technology environments Qualifications Native-level German with strong professional English proficiency 5+ years of professional experience in Professional Services, Technology, Legal Services, Accounting, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management Background in one or more relevant roles: Accounting & Auditing, IT or Information Systems Management, Legal Practice, Project Management, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Operations, or Digital Transformation Strong understanding of professional service workflows, regulatory and compliance requirements, technical operations, project delivery methodologies, and German business environments Why Collaborate with Lilt?
