You’ll have end-to-end ownership of hiring across the Operations function, covering a mix of roles including Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime and Customer Operations teams as well as Managing a small team of Talent Partners within Operations. Working closely with hiring managers to build strong, consistent pipelines in a high-volume, always-on part of the business. What you’ll be doing: You'll own high-volume hiring end-to-end, building repeatable processes that keep pipelines moving fast without sacrificing candidate or hiring manager experience. You'll thrive as a business partner to leaders, guiding stakeholder conversations and influencing decisions with data, insight, and empathy. You'll navigate a scaling, fast-paced environment, adapting your process as volume and priorities shift.
