Job description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build the team behind our launch vehicles and propulsion systems. This is a hands-on, primarily onsite role focused on high-quality technical recruitment at pace. You will partner closely with engineering and business leaders to attract exceptional talent across propulsion, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, electronics, software, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions. You will be expected to move quickly without lowering the hiring bar, while delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to offer. Working as part of a high-performing TA function capable of supporting hyper-growth while protecting and strengthening the quality and density of talent across the company. Fluent German is essential. A key part of the role will be developing relationships with German institutions, rocketry teams, suppliers, and technical communities. About us We’re a Germany-based rocketry startup currently in stealth mode, scaling up rapidly to meet the demand for high-performance, reliable, and scalable solid propulsion technologies for space and defense applications. We are already launching suborbital and ballistic rockets on a regular basis, generating significant revenue and applying our knowledge toward the development of an orbital rocket.
