About the role We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Talent Operations Coordinator to join the Applied Intuition team. You will play a substantial role in building and supporting the entire talent operations infrastructure from the ground up across the EMEA region. This role will provide you with an expanding set of responsibilities and more in a high growth and fast-paced environment. At Applied Intuition, you will: Support our talent operations team in coordinating candidate interviews (phone, virtual, & onsite) for all open roles across EMEA Streamline the interview process from end-to-end to ensure that candidates have an amazing experience Evaluate and recommend talent operations strategies and solutions to make our processes more efficient Plan and facilitate internal and external company events across the EMEA region Support onboarding for New Hires as the company continues to grow in EMEA Manage and improve the interview training process for the entire EMEA organization Other Talent/General Operations responsibilities as required by the operations team on an ad-…
