You'll play a critical role in helping us identify, engage and attract exceptional talent across Engineering, Product, Data Science, Credit/Risk and other technical functions. Working closely with Talent Partners and hiring leaders, you'll combine deep market intelligence, creative sourcing strategies and data-driven decision making to build high-quality talent pipelines for some of our most important hiring challenges. You'll be someone who enjoys solving difficult talent problems, uncovering hidden talent and continuously improving how sourcing gets done.
