As our Engineering Team Lead (f/m/d) , you combine strong people leadership with hands-on technical expertise to guide and grow a high-performing engineering team. You drive architectural and technical decisions together with your team while actively contributing to the codebase and solving complex challenges. In close collaboration with Product Management and UX, you help shape product and technology strategies that balance business goals, customer experience, and technical excellence. With a pragmatic and ownership-driven mindset, you foster cross-team collaboration, enable your team to thrive, and ensure the delivery of scalable, maintainable, and impactful solutions.
