Tasks You will manage interior fit-out projects with a hotel-like character (including FF&E) holistically – from kick-off to successful handover. You will be responsible for budget, schedule, and quality targets for project volumes of approximately €0.8–3.0 million per project. You will develop project, logistics, and assembly concepts and implement them in a structured manner. In close coordination with purchasing, you will manage the tendering and contracting process – including a clearly defined scope of services, comparability of bids, and thorough documentation. You will manage schedules and costs based on a reliable forecast (target/actual comparison, risk management, milestones) and initiate targeted countermeasures in case of deviations. Together with the construction management team and internal departments, you will coordinate the participating trades and ensure clear interfaces and a smooth project flow.
