Tasks You will manage interior fit-out projects with a hotel-like character (including FF&E) holistically – from kick-off to successful handover. You will be responsible for budget, schedule, and quality targets for project volumes of approximately €0.8–3.0 million per project. You will develop project, logistics, and assembly concepts and implement them in a structured manner. In close coordination with purchasing, you will manage the tendering and contracting process – including a clearly defined scope of services, comparability of bids, and thorough documentation. You will manage schedules and costs based on a reliable forecast (target/actual comparison, risk management, milestones) and initiate targeted countermeasures in case of deviations.
