As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a Technical Advisor to the CEO Retail who will report directly to the newly appointed CEO Retail. The CEO Retail is responsible for the performance and strategic direction of Rohlik’s business across all markets and reports to the Group CEO. In this role, you will help drive the CEO Retail’s agenda, accelerate the most important priorities across the Retail business and strengthen alignment across the Executive Leadership Team. This is not a traditional advisory role focused only on analysis and recommendations. It is a highly visible, hands-on execution role for someone who can move confidently between strategic thinking, detailed problem-solving and driving initiatives through to completion. You will work directly with the CEO Retail, gain exposure to the most important topics across the business and help turn decisions into clear actions, ownership and measurable progress. You should enjoy being close to important decisions, but also be prepared to get into the detail, challenge senior stakeholders and take responsibility for making things happen.
