The Configuration Manager is responsible for establishing and operating effective configuration and change management across the engineering lifecycle. Working within the Technical Process Excellence team, the role ensures that engineering work products, baselines, releases and changes are controlled, traceable and compliant with Wayve's engineering processes and automotive development standards. Beyond core configuration management, the role will support requirements management and wider engineering process activities, making it well suited to someone with broad experience of automotive development processes and Automotive SPICE. Key Responsibilities Configuration Management: Define, implement and continuously improve configuration management processes covering configuration identification, baselining, change control, status accounting and configuration audits. Engineering Lifecycle: Establish and maintain configuration structures and baselines across requirements, architecture, software, verification evidence and releases, ensuring consistency and end-to-end traceability. Requirements Management: Support requirements management practices, including requirements structure, attributes, traceability, baselining, change management and requirements tooling.
