The role Own the roadmap for Wayve’s development and experimentation vehicle platforms—where software, hardware, and operations meet to make rapid iteration possible. You’ll partner across engineering, program management, and internal teams to turn platform requirements into scalable capabilities that accelerate experiments, data collection, and deployments. This is a hands-on, high-trust role focused on making smart tradeoffs and delivering platforms that enable Wayve’s priorities (and, where relevant, customer programs) to move faster and more reliably. Key responsibilities Own and evolve the roadmap for development & experimentation vehicle platform features. Gather and prioritize requirements across engineering, program management, and internal customers; translate them into clear workflows, specs, and measurable success criteria. Define and track platform product KPIs; maintain a cohesive view of current capabilities and what’s next. Make product tradeoffs and manage stakeholder expectations across teams with competing priorities. Reduce time-to-debug, deploy experiments, and access data by improving tooling and processes. Drive reuse and scalability of capabilities across reference vehicles and customer programs; minimize one-off configurations.
