About the role As a Technical Recruiter - EMEA at Applied Intuition, you will partner closely with engineering leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract, evaluate, and close exceptional software engineering talent. At Applied Intuition, you will: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software and ML engineers Partner with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess technical excellence, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Applied’s values Improve and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes to support efficiency and growth Provide leadership with data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, time-to-fill Deliver an exceptional candidate experience We're looking for someone who has: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record hiring software enginee…
