About the Programme This is a 12 month, structured development programme designed to prepare you for a future role as a Territory Manager. Starting from October 1 st , 2026, you will be supported every step of the way through a combination of: Classroom and virtual learning On‑the‑job training and job shadowing Coaching from experienced colleagues Hands‑on experience with customers in real environments From day one you’ll gain exposure to customer operations, learn how to diagnose challenges, and develop practical solutions that improve safety, hygiene and sustainability. About the Division Within the Institutional & Specialty divisions, Ecolab offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality industries as well as laundry, long-term care, education, corporate and government facilities. What You Will Do: After completing your training, you will take ownership of an established customer territory, becoming a trusted partner and advisor to your customers. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments. In this role you will: Build strong, trusted relationships with existing customers through regular service visits Learn customers’ ware washing & laundry systems and work hands‑on with equipment, learning installation, maintenance and safe use, ensuring that your customers’ facilities are fully operational and teams are properly trained Gradually build confidence in identifying new opportunities and growing your territory providing customers with training, regular and emer…
