Position Summary... What you'll do... We are looking for a seasoned and energetic principal engineer who can drive the development of our platform working with a group of high energy engineers, architects, product managers and leadership team. This role requires a technically strong candidate who is able to drive development in a fast paced environment. The candidate is expected to work with global teams, provide thought leadership, understand the business context, and help deliver solutions working with product and program management teams. Position Responsibilities. includes Build, develop and guide a team of high-performing talent. Participate in technical design & reviews, PoCs. Be accountable for the engineering practices in the team like technical design, CI-CD, code quality, planning & delivering features Work with business stakeholders, architects, UX designers, product & program managers Work with global teams to deliver industry leading capabilities Able to identify & convey risks & issues to the leadership and help drive mitigate them. Raise the bar for the team on technology with predictable & consistent deliveries Good knowledge of Agile practices, Devops Partner with infrastructure teams Stay up to date with emerging technologies and develop quick POCs to validate their viability.
