Available Locations: San Francisco, CA, Austin, TX or New York City What you'll do The Vice President of Internal Audit will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our company's internal control framework, risk management processes, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Reporting directly to Cloudflare’s Chair of the Audit Committee with a dotted line to the CFO, this individual will lead the internal audit function, providing independent and objective assessments of the company's operations, financial reporting, and internal control environment.
