At Serve Robotics , we’re reimagining how things move in cities. Our personable sidewalk robot is our vision for the future. It’s designed to take deliveries away from congested streets, make deliveries available to more people, and benefit local businesses. The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta and Chicago while doing commercial deliveries. We’re looking for talented individuals who will grow robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity. Lead a high-performing Product and Design team to build what the future looks like with robots by our side, starting with sidewalk logistics. This role is accountable for raising the bar, identifying high-impact opportunities and big bets, and clearly articulating the rationale behind where we’re going and why. This role partners closely with Engineering, Operations, Data, Business Development , Program Management, Safety, Policy, and other leaders to align priorities, navigate tradeoffs, and turn company strategy into clear, coordinated execution. Responsibilities Lead a High Performing Team Develop and uplevel a strong product management and design team and foster a culture for intellectual curiosity, measurable experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Set a high bar for product and design quality and craft and evolve how business opportunities, requirements, and validation are built, communicated, and maintained. Serve as a key member of the leadership team and contribute beyond the Product organization to company-wide strategy and execution. Establish clear roles, expectations, decision rights, and accountability across the organization.
