Job Description: The VP, TDS U.S. ORM Governance, Framework & Policy is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing the governance foundations that support operational risk management across TD Securities U.S. This is achieved through ownership of ORM frameworks, policies, procedures, standards, governance documentation, training and awareness activities, and regulatory implementation initiatives that promote a sustainable, regulator-ready operational risk management program. Department Overview TDS U.S. Operational Risk Management (ORM) provides independent oversight and challenge of operational and non-financial risks across TD Securities U.S. As part of the second line of defense, the team supports the effective implementation of TD's Enterprise Risk Framework and associated risk management programs while promoting strong governance, risk transparency, and regulatory compliance. The team works closely with business, risk, compliance, audit, and corporate function partners across TD Securities, CUSO, TDGUS, and Enterprise Risk Management to support the ongoing enhancement of risk management capabilities, governance frameworks, and regulatory readiness.
