What Will Your Role Be We are looking for a structured and commercially minded Working Student to support our Commercial Planning team at Spreadshirt. You will help ensure that promotions are set up, launched and monitored correctly across channels – and support our parcel insert and retention mailing activities from audience preparation through to operational delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on execution with data analysis, works reliably with deadlines and has an eye for detail. You will gain practical experience in e-commerce trading, campaign operations and promotional performance analysis. What You´ll Do Promotion operations Support the planning, scheduling and coordination of promotional campaigns across relevant Spreadshirt channels. Maintain promotion schedules and ensure all required campaign information is complete and available on time. Perform live checks once promotions launch, including offer visibility, pricing, discount logic, messaging and channel implementation. Flag issues quickly, coordinate with relevant stakeholders and follow up until they are resolved. Support documentation of promotion mechanics, campaign set-ups and operational learnings. Campaigns, parcel inserts & retention mailings Support the operational preparation of parcel insert campaigns and retention mailings. Help develop, validate and clean audience files based on campaign requirements and targeting criteria.
