Your Mission As our Compliance & AFC Working Student, you will be an active contributor across the full spectrum of our compliance operations, spanning investment compliance, regulatory compliance, data protection, and anti-financial crime (AFC). You will support a team that sits at the intersection of regulation, product development, and operations in a fast-moving fintech brokerage environment. In this role, you will gain comprehensive insights to the Compliance, Data Protection and Anti-Financial Crime Functions which are essential pillars of lemon.markets that influence everything from customer onboarding to trade execution and beyond. Your work will encompass policy updates, regulatory research, audit support, and documentation management, providing you with a well-rounded perspective of compliance operations at lemon.markets. You’ll experience the unique combination of operating at the crossroads of technology and regulation while engaging with critical compliance responsibilities.
