Your mission: As our Operations Working Student, you will play an integral role in ensuring that our operations processes are compliant, efficient and run smoothly. Your responsibilities will range from supporting daily operations and administration to contributing to special projects. In doing so, you will have significant exposure to the Customer Lifecycle Operation Domain, which is central to lemon.markets. This domain handles everything from customer onboarding and customer lifecycle changes to customer service, impacting all areas of lemon.markets, including market-trade and post-trade activities. This means, you’ll experience the best of both worlds: firsthand exposure to the operations of a brokerage firm, while enjoying the dynamic & flexibility of an fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate closely with experts from Securities, Market Operations and Customer Operations.
