Our team in Berlin is looking for a new team member with immediate effect. As a working student, you will accompany the entire employee life cycle with us and take on the following tasks: Support with administrative tasks in day-to-day business. Independent coordination of the reference process. Creation and preparation of reports. Participation in current HR projects and HR topics. Independent communication with other HR teams and specialist departments. Qualifications You are studying economics or social sciences and would like to help shape modern and service-oriented HR work as part of a team. You also have the following skills: You are a meticulous person and have a high degree of flexibility. You work independently and in a structured manner. You are committed, open and a strong communicator. You have a very good knowledge of German and a good knowledge of English. You are available approx. 15 - 20 hours/week.
