You will act as the engine of our hiring process—proactively identifying top talent through creative sourcing techniques and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. This is a high-impact opportunity to gain hands-on experience in active talent sourcing, modern recruiting operations, and AI-driven fintech growth. Responsibilities Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized networks, and online communities to build diverse talent pipelines. Utilize Boolean search and modern sourcing techniques to map out talent pools for competitive and hard-to-fill positions. Orchestrate the end-to-end interview lifecycle, ensuring a world-class candidate experience through efficient scheduling and proactive communication. Drive recruitment operational excellence by managing offer generation, internal approval workflows, and administrative documentation. Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and process efficiency across all open requisitions. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines across various departments and global locations. Generate and analyze hiring reports for senior leadership, providing data-driven insights into funnel health, sourcing channel effectiveness, and time-to-hire metrics. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our hiring processes, identifying opportunities to automate tasks and reduce friction.
