The Role We’re looking for a Working Student - Talent Acquisition & Office Support (f/m/d) to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you’ll support our day-to-day recruitment activities while also helping to keep our Berlin office organised and running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition and wider People & Culture team, gaining practical experience across recruitment and office coordination. You should be available to work from our Berlin office at least two days per week. To join our team, you should be excited to Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting job advertisements, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and providing timely updates to candidates. Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and university networks, gradually taking ownership of sourcing and interviews for working-student positions across different departments. Maintain accurate candidate information in our applicant tracking system and recruitment trackers. Support onboarding activities by preparing documents and coordinating first-day logistics. Work closely with recruiters and other members of the People & Culture team on ongoing and ad hoc tasks. Support the day-to-day operations of our Berlin office, including organising office supplies, equipment, shared spaces, deliveries, and maintenance. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when needed. Your Qualifications You are currently enrolled at a university and are interested in gaining practical experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or office coordination. You are reliable and available to work onsite at our Berlin office at least two days per week. You are organised and able to manage your time and priorities effectively. You can work independently once you have been briefed and are comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks. You have strong communication and collaboration skills and enjoy working as part of a team. Previous experience in recruitment, HR, administration, or office support is helpful but not required. You are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous experience with an applicant tracking system or other recruitment tools would be a plus.
