About the role: As as Working Student in our Talent Development & Learning Team, you will be part of our People Team to support the implementation and ongoing delivery of key talent, learning and leadership development initiatives across Quantum Systems. Together with our World-Class-Team, you will take an empowering role: pushing the boundaries of drone technologies. You will gain hands-on experience and contribute to our talent processes, HR technology and learning operations in a fast-growing, international deep-tech environment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Learning & Development topics and enjoys combining structured coordination, digital tools, data and hands-on implementation. What is your Day to Day Mission: Talent Processes Support the implementation and coordination of key talent processes, including performance, goal setting, potential and development. Contribute to the HRIS Talent & LMS rollout, including the preparation of testing, training materials and communications for employees, managers and HR stakeholders. Provide first-level support for technical user questions. Support with administration, reporting and straightforward data analysis for managers and HR. Learning & Development Research and identify suitable training providers and learning solutions, such as coaches, e-learning libraries and language courses. Support the preparation and implementation of learning initiatives, workshops and learning materials. Collect and structure training feedback and evaluation data to support continuous improvement. HR & Leadership Initiatives Contribute to future HRIS and leadership initiatives as our organisation continues to grow. What you bring to the team: You are currently studying Business Psychology, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Economics or a comparable field, ideally in an advanced bachelor’s programme or at the beginning of your master’s degree. You have a strong interest in talent management, people development and learning. You ideally bring initial practical experience in HR or Learning and Development - experience with an HRIS and LMS would be a benefit.
