About the Role As our Talent Intelligence Working Student, you will be the analytical engine supporting our recruiting teams with the crucial market data they need to hire top talent. You'll work closely with our Talent Intelligence Lead, Talent Operations Lead and a diverse group of recruiters who hire across all companies within the Applike Group. This role is perfect for someone who loves digging into data, spotting patterns, and translating complex information into clear, actionable insights. By managing day-to-day research requests, you will directly empower our recruiters to make faster, more informed decisions. Depending on your availability and current studies, this role can be structured as either an Internship or a Working Student position. What You Will Do Research & Investigate: Fulfill direct requests from recruiters by pulling data on talent pool sizes, location viability, competitor hiring trends, and market availability. Synthesize & Present: Transform raw data into clear, easily digestible reports. You will act as a filter, ensuring recruiters get the exact right level of detail they need without being overwhelmed by unnecessary data. Identify Patterns: Keep a keen eye on the details as you pull reports, proactively spotting trends or shifts in the talent market that could impact our hiring efforts.
