The role We are looking for a driven Operations Associate to join our team. In this pivotal role within the Encord Operations Team, you will be instrumental in onboarding new team members and enhancing existing processes to help us achieve our collective goals. This is a unique opportunity to influence the People Operations function at a fast-growing global company while helping build outstanding employee experiences. Your contributions will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative and efficient environment. What you'll do Oversee day-to-day office operations in our UK office, including scheduling, office management, and office supplies procurement to ensure a well-functioning and efficient workplace. Support the onboarding process, including ensuring new team members are set up on all our systems and processes are operational for success Organise and manage company events and socials, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and the events promote team cohesion and morale. Contribute to key HR initiatives and special projects as they arise and provide comprehensive operational assistance across the broader team.
